The hotel is extremely convenient for travelers catching early flights with its location just a short walk from the airport terminals. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. The staff are friendly and efficient, while the breakfast is good quality with plenty of choices.
There were a few issues with room ventilation, which made it tough to sleep comfortably at night.

Perfect location for those taking early flights, just 400m from the terminals. Clean and modern rooms with a welcome gift. Friendly and helpful bar and restaurant staff. Convenient for sorting out luggage before a long haul journey. Excellent bed and spacious shower.

Amazing base for the early flight in Hamburg. Large room, huge bathroom. The beds were very comfy and all in all it was bright. They had an easy check-in. It made my trip to Hamburg a REALLY GOOD experience.

The bedding was not as comfortable as expected, with no top sheet provided. It would have been nice to have a variety of pillows to choose from for a better night's sleep.

Staying here was an absolute delight! Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing beverage which was a lovely gesture. The location was incredibly convenient, just a quick walk to the airport. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, in-room safe, and a television. The restaurant had delicious food with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. What I especially appreciated was the fitness studio and spa facilities which were such a great way to unwind after a busy day.
